At Krown.pk, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preference.
All sales are final.
30 Day Replacement Warranty
We offer a 30 day replacement warranty only if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The product has a technical or functional issue
To qualify for a replacement:
• The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be in its original condition
• All original accessories and packaging must be included
Replacement Charges
Customers are required to pay a fixed replacement and delivery fee of Rs. 600 for all approved replacements.
Replacement Process
Once your replacement request is approved:
• Our courier rider will deliver a new working piece to your address
• At the same time, the rider will collect the previous defective product
• Customers must hand over the complete product with all accessories and packaging
Important Notes
• Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered under warranty
• Minor cosmetic differences are not considered defects
• Replacement requests without proper proof may be rejected
• We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet our policy conditions
